Reversals — Reading Cards Upside-Down

A reversed card is not the opposite of its upright meaning. It is the same energy under shadow: blocked, internalised, denied, in excess, or asking for repair.

Some readers shuffle so reversals never appear; others welcome them as the part of the message the upright reading politely skipped. Both are valid. Pick a practice and stay consistent.

When you do read reversals, treat them as a tone shift — the card is still itself, but quieter, sharper, or turned inward.
